Influences:
Lots of shoegaze and Post Punk in my teen years and my early 20s – Heavy Smiths fan.
I played Bass in several bands – bass is often still the element of the track that attracts me most.
The Hacienda, Acid House; all the variations of House and the sweet spots between House and Techno;
the edges of and the connections between genres.

About the mix:
I recorded the mix when i was in a really energetic and happy mood, a hint of spring and finally some sun in Berlin! I wanted to include my fav current peak time tracks in this mix, with lots of percussions and tribal-y vibes. Often I need several takes for a mix, but i was happy with this one from the first take on, i liked the flow and energy. After I recorded the mix, I knew I had to send it to Daisychain – somehow I had a gut feeling this could be a fit – and am so happy that Leesh really wanted to publish it!! ❤ Thank you 🙂
