Advice for the DJs, producers and artists of our community: No one wakes up and can just DJ. You have to push through being sh*t to get to the wins. That’s okay though, just keep going. Every time you do a good mix it will push you that step further and it REALLY is WORTH IT!
Be authentic. Set your intentions. Music is a powerful tool and should be honoured in that respect. Showing up when you can is important but don’t self sacrifice and take care of yourself.
